  • Office Automation portal can be accessed by using your computer centre login and password to use the email . We have integrated the LDAP based authentication used by computer centre. (Ex. abc@iitk.ac.in email address. So your login is abc.

  • Office automation portal uses role based authentication for users depending on their category like employee , student or project employees. The employees of different access to the services like finance, R&D, academics etc.

  • There are some default services also available. Employee can check financial related information like pay slip, income tax, Form16, .payments, advances, CPDA(if applicable), Fund balances Health centre OPD registration, Health centre doctor list.

  • Student can view payments, advances and scholarship payment details, medical reimbursement ,Health centre OPD registration, Health centre doctor list, hostel details, personal information

  • For New employee , the data is first processed by the office where they have joined. Once Computer centre login and password is created which can be used by office automation.
