Login Issue

Use Computer centre (CC) login which is given to access the email and password. (Ex. abc@iitk.ac.in email address. So your login is abc)..

You can reset your email password through CC help desk .(room no 101 Phone 7239).

After resetting your email password , it take 2-3 hours to update in office automation(OA).

Default Services

Employee can check financial related information like pay slip, income tax, Form16, .payments, advances, CPDA(if applicable), Fund balances Health centre OPD registration, Health centre doctor list. .

Student can view payments, advances and scholarship payment details, medical reimbursement ,Health centre OPD registration, Health centre doctor list, hostel details, personal information..

General Issue

OA portal has an inbuilt role based authentication. So after you login depending your category (Employee/Student),the services will be displayed based on your role..
