How to Register For Health Centre O.P.D.
(1) Select patient name from the list in Patient
Information Block.
(2) Select Shift & Doctor From the list in O.P.D. registration Block
(3) Press Submit to register.
(4) After Submit Queue No. generated. Queue No. is Temporary till Registration No is null, Please check OPD Queue for actual queue no in the list.
(5) Online registration will start adding patients to doctor's lists at 9:00 hrs in the morning and 17:00hrs in evening at one minute intervals.
How To Cancel Registration
(1) Mark the check box against patient
registered
(2) Press Cancel Button .
FAQ ON ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR THE HEALTH CENTRE
Q1 : What is the registration Start time for Morning and Evening OPD?
Ans: As the day starts at 00:00 Hrs. a patient can register for both shifts (Morning and Evening) from 00:00 Hrs for the same day and date. Morning Registration will close at 11:30 Hrs and evening registration will close 18:00 Hrs.
Q2 : What is Priority Timing in OPD?
Ans: Priority Timing in Morning OPD for Faculty & Student: 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Q3 : Will there be two Queues (one for Online and other for front desk registration)?
Ans: No, There will be only One queue for each Doctor.
Q4 : Maximum number of patients allowed in online registration?
Ans: A maximum of 20 patients per doctor is the current limit.
Q5 : Has OPD Registration Time changed?
Ans: No. OPD registration(Front Desk) time has not changed. It is 8:30 hrs to 11:30Hrs in the morning slot and 16:30 hrs to 18:00 hrs in the evening slot. But Online registration will start adding patients to doctor's lists at 9:00 hrs in the morning and 17:00hrs in evening at one minute intervals.
This 30 minute difference in time has been incorporated to not penalize those patients who cannot register online and reach the front desk before OPD registration starts and wait there for early registration.
Q6 : Can we register in advance for any day in the future?
Ans: No, HC Online Registration is allowed only for the current day starting midnight.
Q7 : Long Queue by 9:00HRS
Ans: The policy has been decided in consultation with HC who were very concerned that online registration should not penalize those registering at the front desk. All constraints follow from that central concern. Let the service function. The policy can be changed after user feedback.
Q8 : How HC Online registration will work?
Ans:
Step1: When a patient registers online for any shift (Morning or Evening)
he/she will be added to the Online registration List. No matter when front
desk OPD registration starts.
Step2: The program will start adding patients from the online registration
list to the doctor's OPD patient list at 9:00hrs (morning) and
17:00Hrs (evening) at one minute intervals. All existing priorities and privileges continue as they exist today.
Step3: When you reach the front desk get a carbon and HC slip put in your booklet and take your booklet with you when your turn comes ask for your booklet to be sent to the doctor.
